1.  These Terms apply to this website H88.com.sg owned and operated by H88 Media LLP ("H88") and also apply to various online services, which may include real estate listings, information, links, e-newsletters, forums, online tools, other materials and any and all other services that may be added, offered or provided to you in future through H88 (referred to hereafter as "the Service"). By using the Service at http://www.h88.com.sg/ ("Site") in any way, you are agreeing to comply with these Terms. In addition, when using the Service, you agree to abide by any applicable posted guidelines for all H88 services.


These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Service shall be deemed as your conclusive acceptance of the revised terms.

Content and User Conduct

  8. that constitutes or contains "affiliate marketing," "link referral code," "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or unsolicited commercial advertisement;

  13.  that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive number of messages (flooding attack) to the Service, or that otherwise negatively affects other users' ability to use the Service; or
  14. that employs misleading email addresses, or forged headers or otherwise manipulated identifiers in order to disguise the origin of Content transmitted through the Service.
