URA released 2 plots of land today at Jalan Eunos and Buangkok
Drive/Sengkang Central. Both are meant for 99-year leasehold residential

Fresh out from the BTO oven are two new projects, Fernvale Ridge
(Sengkang) and Sembawang RiverLodge. As their name suggests these two
projects are to be built in new towns and aren't exactly in any hot
locations.

(EC) are making a comeback. These were previously introduced to fill a

The response for Fernvale Palms (Sengkang) and Boon Lay Meadow
(Jurong West) has been pretty strong despite the so-so locations. The
5rm flats in Sengkang was oversubscribed by over 9 times while the 4rm
flats inJurong saw 10 times over subscription. We were not expecting this

Fernvale Palms is a medium sized project (495 units) located along
Sengkang West Way, across the Sungei Punggol and a short drive from the
famous Jalan Kayu stretch of eateries. Hop in to take at some panoramic pictures we took of the area and find out which units we prefer!

HDB has launched their latest Built-to-Order projects in Sengkang and
Jurong West. At a quick glance, Fernvale Palms and Boon Lay Meadow are
standard contract projects with much more affordable pricetags (as
compared to the previous few launches). Those on a budget will
appreciate these new BTOs.
