Yishun land parcel sees a meagre two bids
The land parcel with a 99 year leasehold at the junction of Yishun Avenue 2 and Avenue 7, near Canberra Drive, saw only two bids when the tender closed on Friday.The higher offer of $229.4 million came from a joint bid by Nam Hee Contractor and FCL Topaz, an average of $311 per sq ft per plot ratio. The lower bid, offered at $196 million, came from Perfect Eagle. The plot has an area of 285,244 sq ft and a maximum gross floor area of 710,418 sq ft. A new condo at Yishun, we hear?
So is this location not so popular, or is the market really cooling?
