Update: Cube 8 selling very well
Cube 8 has sold almost all of the 120 units it has released. The
177-unit, District 11, freehold condo along Thomson Road initially released 80 units
at an average price of $1,250 psf, but released an extra 40 more due to
strong demand. 1BRs and 2BRs are getting snapped up quickly. This is turning out to be a good month for developers! Major condos launched this month include The Shore Residences and Urban Suites, both of which have done pretty well. Let the good times roll!
Looks like buyers of Cube 8 are preferring the 'District 11' brand even though it's situated right next to a busy expressway and close to the 'shady' Balestier area. So much for the pricing being - according to one of our FB fans - 'very ambitious'!
