Trilight has huge 2 bedroom units
We managed to get a scoop on the details of Trilight and found that the 2rm units are huge! We aren't talking about good old 1980's sizes when 2rms were about 800-1000sqft in size. We are talking about HUGE with a minimum size of 1,109 sqft from what we have uncovered so far. Such sizes are today's typical 3rm units.Well this is good and bad at the same time. While we are glad that such comfortable sizes are still around today, these large 2rm units are going to face an uphill task in the face of the "mickey mouse" invasion ("mickey mouse" is a nickname that property hunters give to tiny apartments).
The Business Times earlier reported that the project will be previewing this week and has an average price of $1,650 psf, making the smallest 2rm unit come with a sticker price of about $1.83 million. The project was reportedly reconfigured to accommodate 205 units, from 152 units.

Trilight is located at the heart of Newton, District 11.

The site plan of Trilight's facilities. The design is indeed interesting.

The 4rm units are simply huge.
We love the size of the units and the 180-270 degree views but wonder about the prices. Do you think the market has the appetite to gobble down these luxurious looking 2rm units?
