The Wharf Residence 80% sold
CapitaLand’s The Wharf Residence has announced that it has sold 80% of its 173 apartments. It sold a total of 134 units over the weekend. About 80% of the buyers were local; buyers from Indonesia, Malaysia, China, Japan, Canada and Vietnam made up the rest of the numbers.more images and details on the project here.
