got inside news that The Shore Residences along Amber Road in District
15 will be open to public on 1st Jan 2010. That makes this Far East
condo the first condo to launch next year. Rumors are swirling that a
few units have already been sold during a limited VVIP preview.From what we have gathered, The Shore Residences is in the heart of Katong, right opposite Katong Shopping Centre and the many lovely eateries and shops in the area. East Coast Park and Parkway Parade is a short walk away.
