Survey shows many get bad service from property agents

survey by students of Ngee Ann Poly found that a majority of customers
were disappointed with the service of property agents, with poor or
wrong advice and inability to get a favourable price the main grouses.
Most of the 1,000 people polled wanted some form accreditation and
government intervention.
The public perception of property agents takes another dive. The question is, will the new government regulations change that? Discuss.
