Southbank about to TOP
One of our readers have contributed photos of the nearly completed Southbank condominium in District 7. It is rumored to achieve its TOP pretty soon.Although Southbank has relatively been low profile since its launch, some people we talk to tell us this is a dark horse and we certainly think so too. Close to the CBD, plenty of space around, full view of the river and sea, near to the MRT, it seems there is plenty of upside to this condo.
The only issues are perhaps the proximity to the old HDB blocks in the neighborhood, and the infamous Golden Mile stretch. Perhaps things will start to change when the massive South Beach project down the road comprising of offices, two hotels, shops and residences take form. CDL will be taking lead in the massive South Beach project.Thank you Zhang for the update and photos!
