Sentosa Cove property prices hit record high

The site where Seven Palms will be built. Take a deep breathe and suck in all that luxury.

Seven Palms at Sentosa's southern cove has broken price records on Sentosa Cove soundly. 6 units were sold for between $3,100 psf and $3,400 psf or about $9 million to $15 million each. The last time we covered Seven Palms, it was back in June when things were dark and gloomy.

According to The Business Times, each unit comes with its own private lift with penthouses and ground floor units boasting their own swimming pool. Most importantly, this is the only condominium in Singapore to boast a beachfront.






The condo will offer its own beachfront and is surrounded mostly by low-rise bungalows.




"The Beachfront Collection" was renamed Seven Palms and faces that sliver of sand known as Tanjong Beach.
