Wow. That is certainly quite a list that sends us back to early 2007. If you know of a potential en bloc or want your condo listed here too, just drop us a comment or mail. You could even contribute your background/unraveling story behind each potential enbloc condo which we will update here.

We have already been seeing some signs of en bloc fever returning with a few headline grabbers earlier this year, and if things really were to ramp up after the Chinese New Year this might be yet another excuse for a bull run. "Potential en blocs" certainly play a big part in driving up the market, with property punters swooping in and snapping up multiple units in older estates and giving folks in newer nearby condos ever more reason to raise their asking prices.

But just how much more upside to the market is there? And are developers more wary of collective sales after a few messy high profile cases? Wouldn't it be easier for developers to tender for government land sales?

We shall leave it to you to gossip and speculate about this over the Chinese New Year holidays with friends and relatives living in one of these condos. Gong Xi Fa Cai to all our readers!
