Luxury home prices going up
CBRE estimates that luxury prices could increase by about 10% to 15%
this year - this is on top of the 25% increase last year. They cite
sales of 88 units of the Urban Suites at $2,500 psf and 35 units of The
Laurels at $2,500 psf to $2,900 psf.Developers are definitely riding the buzz, here's a list of high-end condos on sale or launching soon:
Aalto (Meyer Road) - 27 storey freehold, 196 units, from $2000psf
Waterscape at Cavenagh - 7 storey freehold, 200 units, about $1,880 psf
76 Shenton Way condo - 202 units
Nathan Suites (Nathan Road) - 24 storey, 65 units
