Joo Chiat shophouses for sale
There are a cluster of 18 Joo Chiat shophouses for sale at around S$25
to S$30 million. It is made up of two rows of nine freehold
three-storey units. Owned by a family trust, these shophouses are
gazetted as conservation buildings by the URA, so you can forget about
tearing them down to build a giant 11-storey KTV over there.

The site is about 35,440 square feet and the gross floor area totals 62,489 square feet. Located along Onan Road (near our dear President's humble abode), the shophouses are mostly residential units.
