2,300 more DBSS flats on the way
More HDB DBSS flats could be on the way - with up to 2,300 units that could be made available.Guthrie and SK Land on Monday, won the bid for the Yishun DBSS site that could provide up to 700 DBSS apartments - no surprises as they made the top bid at $179.80 psf ppr. Another 3 sites will be launched for tender down the road which could add another 1,600 units to the supply.
This on top of the recent injection of land for private residential and standard HDB BTO projects should be a clear warning to those holding too much in hand...
