14 firms will Green and Gracious Builder Awards
BCA has awarded 14 firms for adopting environmentally friendly and resident-friendly construction practices. Three criteria were used in judging the firms, innovation, green practices and "graciousness".“Graciousness” is a criteria that involves worker welfare, communicating with the surrounding residents and adopting methods to minimise the disturbance.
